I still use an old API Predator, and I love it. It's one of the most comfortable stands that I've ever used. It is a little heavy, and as I get a little older (and larger), I would recommend getting the regular Predator, not the Lite, if you do find one. For a ladder stand I have a Big Game Treestands two-man stand that has worked very well. My wife shot her first doe out of it last year. You might need a thicker cushion, as the one that comes with it is pretty thin.
